Covered, partially covered, or declined with a stated reason.
Resolution
Replacement, rework or refund carried out.

What can void a claim

Application outside the stated conditions — wrong substrate, no primer, exceeded thickness, or use in a context the product excludes, such as continuous immersion for a standard skim coat.
