Your relationship to the brand

One of the three. If your entity is both manufacturer and principal for the same brand, choose Principal — manufacturing sites are captured under Legal entity.

Principal — you own the brand and hold the final say on allocation, price floors and which partners may fulfil an order.

Must match the deed of establishment. This is the seller of record printed on every invoice.

Include the PT / CV prefix exactly as registered.

Each brand you list is checked against the trademark register and against any existing LUWI claim on it. Overlapping claims go to manual review.

Allocation authority

As principal you are the seller of record on LUWI. Buyers never choose a seller — you assign the fulfilment node after the order is placed.
