    Approved, approved with conditions, or rejected with a written reason. Target 24 Aug 2026. Escalated cases add up to 3 working days and you are told before the target passes.

  7. 7 · Renewal

    Annual re-verification, plus an immediate re-check whenever a director changes, a document expires, or a brand claim is added. Reminders start 60 days out.

How to correct it

  1. Step 01

    Ask your insurer to reissue

    The insured name must read exactly PT Saint-Gobain Indonesia, matching the deed. An endorsement letter is accepted if the policy itself cannot be reissued before 14 Sep 2026.

  2. Step 02

    Resubmit as version 2

    Upload against the same document row. Version 1 stays in the history with its rejection reason attached — nothing is deleted.

  3. Step 03

    Re-review within 1 working day

    Resubmissions jump the queue. If it clears, stage 4 reopens automatically and the decision target moves to 25 Aug 2026.

  4. Step 04

    Or appeal instead

    If you believe the name is legally the same entity, appeal with the supporting document. A second reviewer who did not see the first decision answers within 3 working days.

What a suspension would look like

If a verified document later lapses — say this policy passes 14 Sep 2026 without renewal — the affected privilege is suspended, not the account. Your storefront goes read-only, open orders are still fulfilled, and buying continues. The suspension notice names the document, the date it lapsed and the single upload that lifts it.
